Recruitment Strategy Leader for Data & Automation
Tomas started his Talent and Recruitment career during his university studies. Throughout his career, he has specialized in workforce data analytics, IT recruitment and also lead employer branding and marketing initiatives. Tomas has acted as Global Talent Enablement Leader at IBM, where he worked on different talent initiatives, workforce strategies.
After relocation to Melbourne, Tomas started to work with in the Not-For-Profit sector, where he established and delivered new recruitment process approaches in that space.
Tomas is currently leading Data and Automation capabilities at Granite Consulting. His strong passion for working with data is helping partners prepare talent and recruitment strategies, identify the best possible talent in the market and support decision making with proven market data and insights.
In his free time, Tomas likes to play and coach basketball, yoga and cook a nice meal.
