An exciting new opportunity has arisen at a large Melbourne based Utilities Company who are delivering an Information Management Reform project. The successful candidate will have hands on experience creating Information Management Roadmaps and setting up the IM Framework at an enterprise level.

Key Responsibilities of the role:
  • Primary purpose of the role is to elicit, validate, review and document BU Requirements.
  • Conduct preliminary analysis to validate the current state AS_IS business context
  • Analyse BU needs/requirements and model the future state TO_BE business context
  • Highly versatile with BA activities; Workflows, Process Maps, Use Case, User Stories, Traceability, User Groups, Story Boarding, Requirements Backlog/priority etc.
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis using a range of techniques to clarify and remove impediments to delivery and improve delivery speed
Experience and Skills required to complete this successfully:
  • Information Management and Data Governance experience essential.
  • Hands on experience in a Document Management System would be advantageous (INFLO, TRIM, etc.)
  • Experience using tools such as MS Visio and MS Office.
  • Experience putting together a Roadmap on the Information Management Strategy at an enterprise level.
  • Being able to to present a strong business case in a clear and concise manner to C-level stakeholders is crucial.
